We're Hiring: Passionate Physical Therapist (Outpatient) – Riverside, California
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 + benefits

Position Overview:

We're searching for a compassionate, motivated, and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in an outpatient clinic setting in beautiful Connecticut. Job Requirements:

  • Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or MPT) from an accredited institution
  • Current CT Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you listen as much as you speak
  • A team player with a proactive mindset and commitment to ongoing learning
  • Experience in outpatient ortho/sports rehab is a plus, but not required
  • New grads encouraged to apply — mentorship opportunities available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based, 1:1 patient care focused on orthopedic, post-surgical, sports-related, and/or neurologic rehabilitation
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations and functional goals
  • Collaborate closely with referring physicians, care teams, and support staff to ensure seamless, high-quality care
  • Educate patients and caregivers, empowering them with tools and strategies to support long-term recovery
  • Stay at the forefront of your field through ongoing professional development, mentorship, and internal CE opportunities
