Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per year + benefits

As our newest Physical Therapist, you’ll join a dynamic outpatient team committed to individualized care, continual learning, and innovative treatment approaches. Whether you’re mentoring a new grad, integrating new therapeutic modalities, or celebrating a patient’s return to running, your work will matter here.
Job Duties:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and design tailored treatment plans for diverse musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions
- Collaborate with fellow PTs, PTAs, referring physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and families about recovery expectations, home programs, and injury prevention
- Contribute to clinic culture through mentorship, in-service training, and community events
- Stay up-to-date with best practices through CE opportunities (supported by us!)
Requirements:
- A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)
- Active Oregon PT license (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Passion for patient-centered, outcomes-driven care
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team
