Location: Medford, Oregon

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 + benefits

The Opportunity:

We’re searching for a dedicated Physical Therapist to bring life-changing care to residents in our Oregon-based Assisted Living community. You’ll work alongside a compassionate interdisciplinary team, including nursing, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and caregiving staff, to deliver person-centered care that enhances quality of life. Our focus is on functional outcomes, fall prevention, post-acute recovery, and maximizing each individual’s mobility, comfort, and confidence.

Who are we looking for?

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or BSPT)
  • Active Oregon Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
  • Previous experience in geriatrics, assisted living, SNF, or home health is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a true passion for senior care

What will you do?

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for older adults with a range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and mobility-related conditions
  • Support residents transitioning from hospital or skilled nursing settings back to assisted living life
  • Provide treatments focused on balance, gait training, pain management, strength, and functional mobility
  • Collaborate with facility staff, physicians, families, and other therapy disciplines
  • Educate caregivers and families on exercises, transfers, and safety techniques
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with Medicare and facility protocols
