Job Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Setting (Texas)

Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000 per year

Location: Plano , Texas

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient clinic, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. You’ll design and implement individualized treatment plans that help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Your goal will be to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall quality of life through evidence-based therapies and personalized care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive physical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs, goals, and medical history.
  • Create and deliver tailored physical therapy programs that improve patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and function. Use a variety of modalities and techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training.
  • Deliver one-on-one care and work closely with patients to help them achieve their recovery goals through physical therapy interventions.
  • Continuously assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery and achieve functional goals.
  • Educate patients and their families on exercises, posture correction, ergonomic modifications, and injury prevention strategies to promote long-term wellness.
  • Work alongside other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses, to deliver holistic patient care.
  • Accurately document all patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Stay up to date on the latest physical therapy research, techniques, and advancements to provide the best possible care.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas.
  • A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient setting. New graduates with strong clinical internship experience are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent clinical reasoning, manual therapy skills, and the ability to work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
