Physical Therapist (PT) – Assisted Living Facility
Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000/year
Location: Ashburn, Virginia
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for residents to restore function, alleviate pain, and improve quality of life
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including nurses, occupational therapists, physicians, and families
- Monitor progress, adjust care plans, and educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safety protocols
- Promote preventative care and wellness initiatives within the facility
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current Virginia PT license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in geriatrics, rehabilitation, or long-term care (preferred)
- Empathy-driven communication and patient-centered thinking
- A passion for supporting independence and dignity in aging adults
