Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 per year

Location: Ashburn, Virginia

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We’re seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic care team at a leading Skilled Nursing Facility in Virginia. Here, your clinical expertise and genuine empathy will empower residents to reclaim their independence and improve their quality of life—step by step, day by day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical condition and develop individualized care plans
• Deliver targeted therapies to restore mobility, reduce pain, and enhance strength
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, and physicians to coordinate care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on real-time outcomes
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home exercises and long-term wellness strategies
• Ensure thorough, timely, and accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines

Qualifications:

• Degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate or Master’s) from an accredited program
• Active and unrestricted Virginia Physical Therapy License
• Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and team collaboration skills
• Deep empathy, patience, and passion for improving lives through therapy
