Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000 per year

Location: Palm Desert, California

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We are seeking a passionate, licensed Physical Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient team. This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their functional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with a wide variety of orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans focused on patient recovery and functional improvement.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, PTAs, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and injury prevention techniques.
• Maintain professional development through continued education and training.

Qualifications:

• California State Physical Therapy License (Required)
• Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload in a busy outpatient setting
• Passion for delivering quality, compassionate patient care
