Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist
Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000 per year
Location: Greenwich, Connecticut
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or managing chronic conditions. Your expertise will be pivotal in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their overall physical health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments to understand patients' physical conditions, limitations, and goals.
- Treatment Planning: Develop personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs and objectives of each patient.
- Therapeutic Interventions: Administer a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as heat, cold, and electrical stimulation.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to promote recovery and prevent future injuries.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and share insights.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Connecticut.
- Experience: Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
