Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist

Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000/year

Location: Blue Springs, Missouri

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care to our patients in an outpatient setting. As part of our clinical team, you will work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, helping them regain mobility, strength, and functionality through evidence-based treatment plans. You will be responsible for assessing patients, developing personalized therapy programs, and guiding them through the rehabilitation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical condition, including strength, range of motion, posture, and functional abilities.
  • Design individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and current physical condition. Ensure plans are updated as progress is made.
  • Administer various physical therapy treatments including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and patient education to reduce pain, increase strength, and improve mobility.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for each patient.
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications to optimize long-term health outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Missouri.
  • Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required. New graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
  • Ability to assist with patient mobility, carry equipment, and stand or walk for extended periods of time.
