Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist

Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 per year

Location: Liberty, Missouri

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We are looking for a skilled Physical Therapist who is enthusiastic about providing high-quality outpatient care. You will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on patients’ lives while working within a collaborative team to provide holistic care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed evaluations to assess patients’ physical conditions, strengths, limitations, and goals. Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient.
  • Administer various physical therapy techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, balance training, and more to help patients regain functionality and mobility.
  • Continuously assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal results.
  • Provide guidance on proper body mechanics, injury prevention, and at-home exercises to ensure long-term recovery and health maintenance.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home exercises and long-term wellness strategies
  • Ensure thorough, timely, and accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Missouri.
  • 1-2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
  • Ability to adapt and modify treatment plans based on patient progress.
