We serve a broad and vibrant patient population—active adults, injured athletes, aging individuals, post-surgical patients, and weekend warriors. You’ll treat a wide spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions with a strong emphasis on manual therapy, movement science, and long-term recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough, one-hour evaluations and design personalized treatment plans
  • Deliver focused, hands-on, 1:1 care (average caseload: 8–10 patients/day)
  • Apply evidence-based interventions with room to explore your strengths
  • Utilize modalities like dry needling, cupping, Graston, BFR, and more (training provided if needed)
  • Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, PCPs, and other healthcare providers
  • Mentor students or junior staff (optional, but encouraged)
  • Contribute to a strong, supportive clinical culture based on excellence, not ego

Qualifications:

  • A licensed PT in Washington (or license-eligible)
  • Excited by outpatient orthopedics, sports rehab, or functional fitness
  • Eager to collaborate with like-minded, low-drama professionals
  • Curious and coachable—ready to grow with formal mentorship or CEU support
  • Patient-centered and outcome-driven, not protocol-bound
  • Open to leadership opportunities as we grow (clinic lead, mentorship roles, etc.)

Why Work With Us?

  • Competitive compensation package based on experience
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • CEU reimbursement and support for licensure renewal
  • Mentorship programs and career advancement tracks
  • A fun, team-oriented atmosphere where your voice matters
