Position Title: Physical Therapist – Assisted Living Facility

Salary Range: $80,000 – $95,000 per year

Location: Redmond, Oregon

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

As a Physical Therapist in our assisted living settings, you’ll play a critical role in helping residents maintain their dignity, safety, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and implement tailored treatment programs to enhance mobility, reduce fall risk, and improve quality of life.
  • Develop care plans in collaboration with residents, families, nurses, and caregivers.
  • Deliver one-on-one sessions focused on function, not just productivity metrics.
  • Educate staff and family members on safe mobility techniques and exercises.
  • Use a compassionate, whole-person approach to care in an environment that values your voice.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure) in Oregon
  • Passionate about working with older adults and geriatric rehabilitation
  • Skilled in building rapport, adapting treatment plans, and prioritizing patient goals
  • A communicator, educator, and problem-solver with strong clinical judgment
