Now Hiring: Outpatient Physical Therapist (Woodbridge, Virginia)

Salary Range: $110,000 – $120,000 per year

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We serve a broad and vibrant patient population—active adults, injured athletes, aging individuals, post-surgical patients, and weekend warriors. You’ll treat a wide spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions with a strong emphasis on manual therapy, movement science, and long-term recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat a broad mix of orthopedic and post-surgical cases
• Partner with referring physicians, PTAs, and other clinicians
• Use hands-on therapy, exercise prescription, and education to drive long-term success
• Track and report outcomes using efficient digital documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Virginia PT license
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset
• Confidence treating independently and collaboratively
• A commitment to ongoing learning — and maybe even a desire to lead
