Job Title: Staff Physical Therapist (DPT) – Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic

Salary Range: $60,000 – $65,000 per year

Location: Carson City, Nevada

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Our busy and highly respected Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic in Nevada is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist (DPT) to join our team. Whether you're early in your career or an experienced provider looking for a fresh environment, this role offers the clinical diversity, mentorship, and patient-first approach that will help you thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and reassessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on manual therapy and guided exercise progressions
  • Educate patients and families on injury recovery and prevention
  • Work closely with referring providers and colleagues to optimize care
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and growth-focused clinic culture

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
  • Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Nevada
  • Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a team environment
  • OCS or interest in certification
  • Familiarity with post-op protocols, sports therapy, or manual techniques
  • Experience with EMR systems
