Job Title: Full-Time Floater Physical Therapist (DPT) – Orthopedic Outpatient Clinics
Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 per year
Location: North Las Vegas, Nevada
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We’re seeking a Full-Time Floater Physical Therapist to support multiple orthopedic outpatient clinics across Nevada. As a floater, you’ll be an essential part of our network—ensuring exceptional patient care coverage while gaining exposure to various patient demographics, treatment styles, and team cultures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, individualized patient care at designated clinic locations
- Adapt to different EMRs, workflows, and team dynamics
- Fill in for staff PTs who are on vacation, leave, or during peak volume periods
- Collaborate with referring physicians, clinic directors, and interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in system-wide meetings and continuing education sessions
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Licensed or license-eligible in Nevada
- Strong clinical reasoning, adaptability, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to commute between clinic sites (travel radius to be discussed)
- Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care
- Orthopedic or sports therapy experience
- OCS or interest in specialty certifications
- Familiarity with multiple EMR systems
