We're Hiring: Outpatient Physical Therapist | Florida

Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000 per year

Location: Pompano Beach, Florida

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We’re seeking a licensed, enthusiastic, and empathetic Physical Therapist who thrives in an outpatient setting. You’ll play a critical role in evaluating patients, designing customized treatment plans, and helping individuals regain function and confidence in their everyday lives.

Our multidisciplinary team is committed to clinical excellence, compassion, and collaboration. Whether treating sports injuries, post-operative conditions, or chronic pain, we tailor every plan of care to empower our patients and support their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive patient evaluations and setting realistic, achievable goals
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment programs
• Educating patients and caregivers on exercises and care strategies
• Collaborating with referring physicians, PTAs, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and progress reports
• Fostering a positive, motivating environment for rehabilitation

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida (or eligible for licensure)
• Graduate from an accredited DPT/PT program
• Outpatient clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply with mentorship provided)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for patient care and continuous professional development
