Job Title: Sports Physical Therapist (DPT) – Orthopedic & Sports Outpatient Clinic

Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000 per year

Location: Deerfield Beach, Nevada

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We are currently seeking a dedicated Sports Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team and help athletes and active individuals return to doing what they love—stronger, faster, and safer than ever before.

As a Sports Physical Therapist, you will play a key role in evaluating, diagnosing, and creating customized treatment plans for patients with sports-related injuries and orthopedic conditions. This position is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a collaborative hospital setting, values interdisciplinary teamwork, and is committed to evidence-based practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized rehabilitation programs for athletes and active patients.
  • Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine physicians, and other rehab professionals.
  • Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, strength training, neuromuscular re-education, and injury prevention.
  • Educate patients and their families on injury management, performance enhancement, and long-term wellness strategies.
  • Track patient progress using electronic medical records (EMR) and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and community outreach programs related to sports health and injury prevention.

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current Florida PT license (or eligibility to obtain one prior to start date).
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sports medicine or orthopedic physical therapy preferred.
  • Certification such as SCS (Sports Certified Specialist) or plans to obtain is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and motivational skills, with a patient-centered approach.
  • CPR/BLS Certification (American Heart Association).
