Staff Physical Therapist – Join Our Mission of Healing in the Heart of Florida

Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000 per year

Location: Pompano Beach, Florida

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

As a Staff Physical Therapist, you will be a key part of our rehabilitation team, delivering exceptional therapeutic care to patients across inpatient and/or outpatient settings. Your clinical expertise, critical thinking, and empathetic communication will help empower patients to reclaim mobility and improve quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose patients to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement a wide range of therapeutic interventions based on best practices
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other specialists
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Educate patients and families on therapy techniques, wellness, and injury prevention
  • Document all assessments, goals, and progress reports in the EMR system
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida (or eligibility to obtain)
  • CPR/BLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred)
