Job Title: Full-Time Floater Physical Therapist (DPT) – Orthopedic Outpatient Clinics

Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 per year

Location: Deerfield Beach, Nevada

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We are seeking a Floater Physical Therapist to serve across our hospital system in Florida. This role offers the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical environments, providing support wherever patient need is greatest. You’ll play a critical role in assessing, developing, and implementing personalized treatment plans to restore function, reduce pain, and promote mobility and overall wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, occupational and speech therapists.
  • Provide coverage across multiple hospital units and facilities based on staffing needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, mobility techniques, and injury prevention.
  • Promote safe mobility and discharge planning in coordination with case management and social work.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Florida (or eligibility to obtain prior to hire).
  • Minimum 2 years of hospital or acute care experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical rotations considered.
  • BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) required.
  • Excellent clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to travel between hospital sites within the region (mileage reimbursement or company vehicle provided).
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for occasional weekends or holidays.
