Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist in a Premier Orthopedic Outpatient Practice – Oregon

Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000 per year

Location: Hillsboro, Oregon

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

As a Physical Therapist in our orthopedic outpatient setting, you will play a critical role in evaluating, planning, and executing customized treatment plans for a diverse patient population. You’ll have the opportunity to use advanced modalities, manual therapy, functional movement screening, and sport-specific rehabilitation tools to support healing and enhance performance.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive physical evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual diagnoses and goals
  • Apply manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise regimens
  • Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home exercise programs
  • Collaborate with orthopedic specialists and other medical professionals
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and motivating clinic environment
  • Stay current on the latest advancements in orthopedic physical therapy and integrate them into practice

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
  • Oregon state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Prior experience in orthopedic or outpatient settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care
