Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000 per year

Location: Delray Beach, Florida

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Whether treating high school athletes, weekend warriors, or post-surgical patients, we focus on evidence-based care and long-term recovery. Our practice is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, turf areas, functional training tools, and private treatment spaces to optimize both performance and healing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations for orthopedic and sports-related injuries
• Design and implement customized treatment plans focused on functional goals
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education techniques
• Collaborate with referring physicians, athletic trainers, and support staff to ensure cohesive care
• Track patient progress, maintain timely and accurate documentation, and modify treatment plans as needed
• Promote injury prevention, performance enhancement, and long-term wellness

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Florida (or eligible for licensure)
• 1–3 years of orthopedic or sports rehab experience preferred (new grads welcome with strong ortho interest)
• Background in sports biomechanics, post-op rehab, or return-to-sport protocols a plus
• Passion for active lifestyles, movement science, and helping patients achieve personal goals
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and clinical reasoning skills
