Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000 per year
Location: Sterling, Virginia
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized physical therapy treatments to elderly residents
- Develop and implement individualized rehab plans focused on strength, balance, and functional mobility
- Collaborate with nursing staff, caregivers, and families to support holistic resident care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Virginia
- Experience in geriatrics or assisted living preferred
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach
- Ability to work effectively with elderly patients and multidisciplinary teams
