Salary Range: $90,000 – $120,000 per year

Location: Sterling, Virginia

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled physical therapy evaluations and treatments for post-acute and long-term care residents
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to improve mobility, balance, and function
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and multidisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with facility and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license in Virginia
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care settings preferred
• Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach
