Responsibilities:
As a Physical Therapist, you will oversee and administer physical therapy treatment, focusing on preventing disability, alleviating pain, and enhancing muscle function and mobility within the client's capabilities. Key responsibilities include:
  • Directing physical therapy treatments and overseeing assistants to ensure proper implementation of care plans.
  • Evaluating clients' functional levels through diagnostic tests and recommending home environment adaptations for improved independence.
  • Providing prescribed physical therapy services at the client's home, administering various therapeutic exercises and treatments.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, updating care plans, and reporting any client condition changes.

Qualifications:
  • Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) with a minimum of two year's experience in acute or home care settings (as required by law).
  • Current, valid DPT licensure in the state(s) of practice and CPR certification.
  • Proficient with federal, state, and governing agency regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both interpersonal and written, with a commitment to patient care and clinical excellence.
  • Strong decision-making abilities, a positive attitude, and the capability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in being the public face of the organization and advocating for various service lines.

Salary:
$100,000 - $120,000 per year, accompanied by comprehensive benefits.
