Possibility of Employment: Full-time Physical Therapist Required

We are looking for a dedicated full-time physical therapist to join our assisted living facility staff members. In this position, you will work closely with residents to recover and strengthen their independence, mobility, and quality of life. As a loving partner in the care of each resident, you will provide personalized intervention, treatment, and rehabilitation services customized to their individual needs. Your knowledge will be essential in creating a supportive environment that enables residents to take control of their own healing.

Salary: $90,000-$110,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Patient Volume: 7 patients a day. 35 patient visits a week

Job Description:

• Develop comprehensive care plans incorporating various treatment techniques.
• Design tailored fitness and wellness programs to meet the specific needs of each patient.
• Deliver high-quality, personalized care based on evidence and proven interventions.
• Motivate patients throughout treatment to optimize their functioning.
• Encourage a healthy lifestyle by enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate and consult with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active New Jersey State license as Physical Therapist.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
• New grads are welcome to apply!
