Full-Time Physical Therapist

Join our dynamic team as a Physical Therapist in an assisted living facility where you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of residents. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing their mobility, independence, and quality of life through personalized therapy.

Position Overview:

  • Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annually, inclusive of full benefits
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Patient Load: 7 patients per day, totaling 30 patients per week

Key Duties:

  • Create and implement individualized therapy plans utilizing effective, evidence-based techniques.
  • Develop fitness and wellness programs tailored to the needs of each resident.
  • Provide exceptional care aimed at restoring mobility and achieving positive functional outcomes.
  • Encourage and motivate patients to reach their rehabilitation goals.
  • Improve residents’ physical abilities, including strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination.
  • Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current New Jersey State Physical Therapist License in good standing.
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience; new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Expertise in manual therapy techniques and a commitment to personalized care.
  • Familiarity with EMR software (such as WebPT) is a plus.
