As a member of our team, you’ll collaborate with top healthcare professionals and make a direct impact on the lives of patients, helping them recover and regain independence in their daily activities.

We are looking for Homecare Physical Therapists to join our growing team across New Jersey. Work within your local community, providing compassionate and effective care to patients in their homes while working with a team that values collaboration and patient-centered care.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess patients in their homes to determine their suitability for treatment.
  • Develop individualized care plans based on patients’ needs, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and independence.
  • Collaborate with the care team, physicians, payors, patients, and families to ensure clear communication and effective care delivery.
  • Provide high-quality, hands-on physical therapy and supervise any support staff to ensure consistency in treatment.
  • Caring for 4-5 patients per day.

What We're Looking For:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
  • Licensed to practice in New Jersey.
  • At least 2 years of experience preferred, though we welcome applications from new graduates.
  • Expertise in manual therapy and familiarity with EMR platforms such as WebPT.

Salary:

  • Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with an annual salary of $110,000k - $120,000k
  • Part-time: 10 hours/week, with compensation of $80 - $100 per hour.
