Physical Therapist – Join a Caring and Collaborative Team

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at an award-winning health system in West Portland, OR, providing assisted living care. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you’ll deliver exceptional patient care in a supportive, collaborative environment. Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Patient Load:
35 patients per week (7 patients per day)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to optimize patient recovery.
  • Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to reduce pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall function.
  • Educate and guide patients and families with at-home exercises to support ongoing rehabilitation.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic, patient-centered approach to care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, adhering to compliance standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Active Physical Therapy license in Oregon
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience (new graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Proficiency in manual therapy techniques
  • Experience using EMR software (WebPT preferred)
  • No disciplinary actions on your professional license

Salary:
$90,000 - $100,000 per year with full benefits
