Physical Therapist – Join a Caring and Collaborative Team, West Portland, OR

We are hiring for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in West Portland, OR. Based in an Assisted Living Facility specializing in geriatric care, you’ll provide patient-centered therapy that helps improve the mobility, independence, and quality of life for older adults. This is an opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment where your expertise makes a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• 35 patients per week (7 patients per day)
• Conduct thorough physical assessments to develop personalized treatment plans for each patient's recovery.
• Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, alleviate pain, and enhance daily function.
• Educate patients and their families on effective home exercises to support continued progress.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in accordance with compliance standards.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year with full benefits

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Physical Therapy license in Oregon
• At least 2 years of clinical experience (new graduates welcome)
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques
• Experience with EMR systems (WebPT preferred)
• Clean professional license
