Physical Therapist – Eden, Texas

A dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist is needed to join the healthcare team at a community hospital in Eden, Texas. In this full-time position, you’ll be an essential part of our patient care team, working closely with individuals to restore their mobility and improve their quality of life. Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans based on specific needs and goals.
• Provide hands-on therapy techniques to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional movement.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver coordinated, holistic care tailored to each patient.
• Monitor patient progress closely, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and strategies for successful rehabilitation and long-term recovery.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based research and advancements in physical therapy practices to continuously improve patient care and outcomes.

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 annually

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Physical Therapist licensure in Texas
• Experience treating both acute and chronic conditions preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for improving patient care
