Full-Time Physical Therapist – Assisted Living Facility | Sterling, VA

Make a meaningful impact as a Physical Therapist, helping residents enhance mobility, regain independence, and improve their quality of life. This full-time role in an Assisted Living Facility offers the opportunity to provide hands-on, personalized care while working alongside a collaborative team of healthcare professionals.

Schedule: Weekdays, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions, focusing on individualized care for up to 7 residents daily.
  • Assess mobility challenges and develop customized treatment plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
  • Apply hands-on techniques to improve movement, reduce discomfort, and restore function.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a well-rounded approach to care.
  • Foster a supportive, goal-oriented environment that encourages progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 per year

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Active Physical Therapy licensure in Virginia.
  • Previous clinical experience is valued, though new graduates are warmly encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Familiarity with EMR software for seamless documentation.
