Clinical PT Director – Fort Collins, CO

Position Highlights:

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (or flexible options such as Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM)
  • Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document patient notes, reports, and summaries with attention to detail
  • Oversee the patient flow to ensure a smooth, timely experience
  • Guide and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants in their patient care activities
  • Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans based on thorough review of patient records
  • Track and report on treatment progress, modifying plans as needed
  • Manage assignments and activities for assistants, technicians, and students
  • Maintain accurate records including daily notes, weekly reports, initial evaluations, and discharge summaries
  • Ensure all patients are treated in accordance with their scheduled appointments
  • Assess patient data to plan and administer effective treatment programs
  • Evaluate and adjust treatments at different stages to ensure optimal recovery
  • Lead and mentor assistants, techs, and students through work activities
  • Organize and deliver lectures and training on physical therapy topics for staff, students, and the community
  • Oversee clinic operations including payroll preparation, information management, and supply requisitions

Required Qualifications:

  • Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
  • Active state licensure and all necessary state documentation
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Experience with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT)
