Looking for a Full-time Physical Therapist to join an Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic

We are passionate about enhancing the well-being of our community and are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapy to join our team. Our mission is to empower our clients to achieve their optimal health and performance through personalized, evidence-based care and innovative training programs.

Salary:
  • $90,000-$120,000 per year (depending on experience) plus full benefits
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday 8 AM to 4 PM

Types of Patients: Geriatric patients and Adults

Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate physical abilities and limitations through comprehensive evaluations.
  • Keep records of the patient's medical history and follow all rules, regulations, and protocols
  • Create treatment strategies using a range of therapeutic methods for each patient
  • Perform physical therapy as directed by a doctor to reduce pain and improve mobility for patients
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to case discussions and care planning.
  • Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Active Florida state license as Physical Therapist.
  • Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
  • Strong manual therapy skills and training.
  • Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
  • Ability to interpret, adapt, and react calmly under stressful conditions.
  • Able to relate cooperatively and constructively with patients, families, and rehabilitation professionals.
