Physical Therapist – Join a Caring and Collaborative Team in West Portland, OR

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist to become part of our compassionate team in West Portland, OR. Our facility, located within an Assisted Living community, specializes in geriatric care and is focused on helping our patients regain mobility and improve their overall quality of life. In this role, you’ll work closely with patients, building trust and providing personalized care that empowers them to reach their recovery goals.

As a Physical Therapist, you’ll assess each patient's needs, provide effective hands-on therapy, and guide them through their rehabilitation journey. Your work will have a lasting impact, and you’ll be an integral part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of 35 patients per week, providing individual attention and fostering meaningful connections.
  • Perform thorough assessments to design customized treatment plans that align with each patient’s recovery goals.
  • Deliver hands-on therapy aimed at improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing daily function.
  • Support patients and their families by providing guidance on home exercises to continue progress outside of therapy.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records in accordance with compliance standards.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Physical Therapy license in Oregon
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience (new graduates welcome)
  • Proficient in manual therapy techniques
  • Experience with EMR systems (WebPT preferred)
  • Clean professional license
