Full Time Physical Therapist – Empower Lives in West Portland, OR

We're offering an exciting full-time opportunity in West Portland, OR, where you'll work within an Assisted Living community, specializing in personalized care for geriatric patients. Here, we focus on helping individuals regain their mobility and improve their overall quality of life—one step at a time.

In this role, you’ll be part of a team that values trust, collaboration, and patient-centered care. You’ll create tailored treatment plans, deliver effective hands-on therapy, and build meaningful connections that drive lasting impact for your patients.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Competitive Pay: $90,000–$100,000 per year

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 35 patients per week, dedicating individualized attention to each person.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop customized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs and goals.
• Provide hands-on therapy focused on improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing daily function.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises to maintain progress beyond therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy license in Oregon.
• Experience with EMR systems (WebPT preferred).
• Strong foundation in manual therapy techniques.
• 2+ years of clinical experience (new graduates with strong skills encouraged to apply).
