Full-Time Physical Therapist – Woodcliff Lake, NJ

Join our team in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, as a Physical Therapist in our Assisted Living Facility. In this full-time role, you’ll have the opportunity to improve the quality of life for our residents by enhancing their mobility and independence, making a lasting impact on their daily lives.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary:
$90,000 - $100,000 annually

Your Role:

• Comprehensive Evaluations: Conduct thorough assessments to understand residents’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their rehabilitation goals.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Administer targeted therapy aimed at improving mobility, building strength, and promoting overall functionality, helping residents regain independence.
• Education & Support: Provide residents and their families with strategies, exercises, and resources to support continued recovery and long-term well-being.
• Record-Keeping: Ensure accurate, up-to-date documentation within our EMR system, maintaining consistency and compliance with regulations.
• Evidence-Based Practice: Stay informed on the latest trends and evidence-based approaches in physical therapy to provide the highest quality care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current New Jersey State Physical Therapist License in good standing.
• 2+ years of clinical experience (new graduates are welcome to apply).
• Proficiency in manual therapy and a patient-centered approach to care.
• Familiarity with EMR software (e.g., WebPT) is a plus.
