Location: Newport, Oregon
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + benefits

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Oregon. In this role, you will develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, managing pain, and enhancing the overall physical function of residents. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support residents in achieving their health and wellness goals.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate residents’ physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide hands-on therapy, including therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and pain management interventions.

Implement fall prevention strategies and balance training to enhance residents' safety.

Educate residents and caregivers on proper mobility techniques and home exercise programs.

Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.

Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress reports, and patient outcomes in compliance with facility regulations.
Minimum Requirements:

Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Current Oregon PT license in good standing.

Experience in assisted living, geriatric care, or skilled nursing settings preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.

Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
