Full-Time Physical Therapist – Skilled Nursing Facility

Join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Warwick, NY, as a Physical Therapist. This role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a well-supported clinical setting.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually + full benefits

Responsibilities:

• Treat an average of 7 patients per day
• Provide clear and timely communication to patients and families, answering questions and offering guidance
• Support patients in following their treatment plans effectively
• Manage time efficiently to ensure smooth patient care and documentation

Requirements:

• NYS Physical Therapist License
• MSPT or DPT in Physical Therapy
• At least two years of relevant experience
