A Skilled Nursing Facility in Port Jervis, NY, is hiring a Physical Therapist to join its care team. This role offers steady hours, a structured work environment, and the chance to help patients regain their independence.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 annually + full benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy for 7 patients per day, helping them reach mobility goals
- Educate patients and families on progress and treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all treatment sessions
Requirements:
- New York State Physical Therapist License
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Two years of experience working in a healthcare setting
