Join Our Team – Full-Time Physical Therapist

We’re hiring a Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Warwick, NY. If you’re looking for a role where you can focus on patient recovery and work in a well-supported environment, this could be the right fit for you.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 per year + full benefits

Your Day-to-Day:

• Work with up to 7 patients per shift, providing individualized care
• Help patients regain strength and mobility through tailored therapy
• Communicate with families to answer questions and provide updates
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time

Qualifications:

• Active NYS Physical Therapist License
• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• At least two years of hands-on experience in a similar setting
