We’re seeking a Physical Therapist to support an Assisted Living Facility located in Allendale, NJ. This full-time role is focused on helping older adults gain mobility and feel confident in their day-to-day routines. You’ll join a workplace that values teamwork, clinical integrity, and practical care.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $90K – $100K depending on experience
Duties Include:
- Evaluate resident needs and design care strategies tailored to recovery goals
- Lead therapy sessions that promote strength and comfort
- Collaborate with facility staff and family members to support holistic care
- Maintain thorough records in our EMR
- Apply the latest therapeutic techniques to optimize patient progress
What You Bring:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in NJ
- Graduate from an accredited PT program
- Will consider both experienced professionals and new grads
