Now Hiring: HomeCare Physical Therapist in Bridgewater, New Jersey

Calling all PTs! We are looking for a PT who specializes in working as a Home care PT. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering personalized therapeutic care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 per year + benefits (Full-Time)
Patient Volume: 4 to 5 patients a day

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
• Evaluate patients' progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and the rehabilitation process
• Communicate with other members of the healthcare team to coordinate patient care
• Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress in a timely manner
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending continuing education courses and workshops

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current New Jersey state license to practice Physical Therapy
• Experience in home health or geriatric care preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
