Full-Time Homecare Physical Therapist Needed in Princeton, New Jersey

Compensation: $110,000 - $125,000 per year + benefits

Work Type: Full Time

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing homecare team. As a Homecare PT, you will assess, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans to help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence in their own homes.

Job Duties:

  • Conduct in-home assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop care plans.
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance retraining, and other skilled interventions.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with Medicare and agency standards.
  • Travel to patients' homes within assigned territory.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of New Jersey (required)
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
  • Minimum 1 year of PT experience preferred; home health experience a plus
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel
  • Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a homecare setting
