Salary Range: $110,000 – $120,000 per year

Location: Harrison , New Jersey

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Are you a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist looking to make a difference in patients’ lives right in the comfort of their homes? We’re looking for a Licensed Homecare Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team serving clients throughout New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy to patients in their homes.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and therapy goals.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Valid New Jersey Physical Therapist (PT) License.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health or outpatient setting (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel to patient homes.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
