Job Title: Homecare Physical Therapist – New Jersey

Salary Range: $110,000 – $120,000 per year

Location: Union, New Jersey

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

What You'll Do:

• Deliver skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to optimize care.

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Prior homecare or outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned geographic area.
