Full Time Physical Therapist Wanted for an Orthopedic Outpatient Practice

We are currently in search of a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist who will serve as a trusted partner, accompanying patients on their journey to restore motion and achieve their optimal functionality. Your role will encompass promoting the highest quality of life and movement potential across various aspects, including prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation. Join our team consisting of two physical therapists and one PTA as we prioritize delivering exceptional care to our patients. We are a PT owned practice predominantly serves individuals with private medical insurance, and we take pride in our state-of-the-art 5000 square feet sports medicine facility.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 a year plus with full benefits.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify and address patients' goals and requirements effectively.
  • Manage a patient caseload of 1 individual per hour.
  • Possess relevant experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings.
  • Provide cost-effective treatments that contribute to improving clients' range of motion and mobility.
  • Reduce reliance on medications and explore alternatives to surgical procedures.
  • Develop comprehensive care plans incorporating various treatment techniques.
  • Design tailored fitness and wellness programs to meet the specific needs of each patient.
  • Deliver high-quality, personalized care based on evidence and proven interventions.
  • Motivate patients throughout treatment to optimize their functioning.
  • Encourage a healthy lifestyle by enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
  • Collaborate and consult with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
  • Evaluate treatment outcomes, monitor progress, and maintain clear communication.
  • Thoroughly document patient care services provided.

Qualifications:
  • Earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
  • Holds a valid DC license as a Physical Therapist
  • Maintains an untarnished professional record with no history of board or disciplinary actions taken against the license.
  • Possesses strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques.
  • Exhibits exceptional competence in developing and implementing exercise protocols.
  • Proficient in utilizing EMR Software, particularly WebPT.
