Full-time Physical Therapists Needed at Restore Motion Specialists in Austin, TX

Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and creating personalized treatment plans to address their unique needs and goals.
- Providing skilled and compassionate therapy services to our geriatric clientele, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
- Monitoring and documenting patients' progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
- Educating patients and their families on therapeutic techniques, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.
- Implementing fall prevention programs and safety measures to reduce the risk of accidents in the assisted living community.
- Staying current with the latest advancements in physical therapy and participating in continuing education to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Adhering to ethical and professional standards, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding our commitment to providing the highest level of care.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctorate/Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
- Active State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in geriatric therapy is preferred, but new graduate applicants are also welcome.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMRs) and other relevant documentation systems.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and the ability to apply the latest therapeutic techniques.
- Dedication to providing patient-centered care, promoting patient independence, and improving their quality of life.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Salary:
$100,000 - $120,000 a year
