A full-time Physical Therapist position is now available in Motion Flow Therapy.


We offer a range of services including adult and pediatric surgery and orthopedics. As Physical Therapist, you will join our team in Orthopedics and help treat various conditions. We offer robotic-assisted laparoscopic surgery, imaging, and emergency services. The specialists at our hospital are ready to care for patients at every stage of life. Monday to Friday
2 PM - 8 PM

Responsibilities
  • The Physical Therapist (PT) provides high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the complete process of therapeutic care of an assigned group of patients in coordination with the physician and the patient care team
  • The Physical Therapist completes patient assessments and participates in developing and implementing individualized care plans focusing on goal achievement, patient engagement, and positive patient experience
  • The Physical Therapist provides or directs a majority of the patient’s physical therapy to support patients throughout the continuum of care
  • You will provide evaluations and treatment interventions within the scope of practice established by law and professional code of ethics
  • You will assess and evaluate therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status and participate in the development of the total plan of care
  • You will provide purposeful and skilled therapeutic care at the patient’s home, using procedures and techniques to produce a change in condition/function consistent with the physician’s plan of care
  • You will instruct patient/family/caregiver in the use of therapies, exercises, therapeutic appliances, and/or prosthetic devices to be used outside of therapy sessions
  • You will prioritize caseload, determine daily staffing needs and coordinate assignments/hand-offs


Qualifications
  • Licensed Physical Therapy
  • DPT Degree in Physical Therapy
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • No experience required


Salary

$100,000 - $120,000 a year plus full benefits.
