Responsibilities:

  • Examines, evaluates, and develops treatment plans for patients with functional limitations and disabilities.
  • Provides consultation to healthcare providers regarding a patient’s continuum of care.
  • Interacts appropriately with all patients regardless of age or culture, adhering to customer service standards.
  • Conducts evaluations, develops treatment and discharge plans, implements treatment, educates patients, and meets productivity standards.
  • Evaluates results, treatment, discharge plans, and daily treatment following applicable laws, rules, regulations, and professional documentation standards.
  • Maintains communication and collaboration within the interdisciplinary treatment team, referral sources, and physicians.
  • Engages in leadership functions, including community outreach, program development, and teaching responsibilities.
  • Attends meetings, enhances competence through education programs, and maintains documentation standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.
  • Required written or verbal communication skills, word processing, and computer proficiency.
  • State License in Physical Therapy and BLS certification required.

Salary:

  • $100,000 - $120,000 a year plus full benefits.
