Full-Time Physical Therapists Needed at The Joint Physical Therapy

The Joint Physical Therapy is a physical therapist-owned private practice. Schedule
Monday to Friday - 40 hrs shift
Responsibilities
This role is responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing a treatment program for patients referred by physicians
In this role, you will have the opportunity to treat a variety of specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients
Be responsible for demonstrating excellent customer service and contributing to the overall effectiveness
You will have the chance to work with a broader team to maximize patient outcomes using evidence-based care
You will provide purposeful and skilled therapeutic care at the patient’s home, using procedures and techniques to produce a change in condition/function consistent with the physician’s plan of care
You will consult, educate, and train patients and their caregivers
Meet minimum utilization goals and other business objectives
Qualifications
Graduate of APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
State License in Physical Therapy
Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
Written or verbal communication skills
Word processing and computer skills
Establish strong relationships with each patient so that they have the ability to exceed their functional goals
Demonstrate a desire to positively connect with people
Build and maintain relationships throughout the community
Salary
$80,000 - $100,000 a year plus full benefits.
